Delivery Information

Note:Delays in delivery may occur due to payment system processing times. This is a normal occurrence, as payment methods such as VISA, Mastercard, or PayPal require verification processes. We advise visiting your IPRocket account profile page to verify the appearance of the plan in your account.

Our Service Guarantee

1.We commit to executing the selected package plan within 48 hours of purchase, adhering to all terms and conditions associated with it.

2.We ensure the confidentiality of all data transmitted during the process and in the future.

3.In the event of a product failure due to our service error, it will be promptly replaced. This includes instances such as account blockages, deletions, or incorrect data within accounts, and packages with valid guarantees.

Upon identifying any issues with the plan and determining the source of the problem, we will provide a replacement plan that is fully functional.

Replacement Policy

We only guarantee package plan replacements within 24 hours of purchase.

Replacement is only applicable in cases where a package plan is disabled or invalid, rendering it inaccessible.
